Ron Frazier has nearly 30 years of Title, Escrow and Appraisal experience in the settlement services industry. His career started with Fidelity National Title in 1984.  As the President of the LSI Division of Fidelity, his organization created and brought to market the industry’s first title decisioning engine known as AQUA in 2002.  Innovation and a reputation for dependable national service resulted in LSI becoming the nation’s largest title agent and independent appraisal company.  Upon the creation of Lender Processing Services in 2006, Ron served as the President of LSI, it’s title insurance underwriter National of New York, and had management oversight of LPS Flood and RealEC.

Jeff Sanderson has enjoyed working in the technology sector of Title and Escrow Services for 35 years. During this time, Jeff has developed operating software that has been used by the largest Title providers in the industry, co-founded and was president of RealEC Technologies which has successfully connected mortgage loan originators with settlement providers, and served as CTO and CIO of large title agencies. After running RealEC from 1998 until 2003, Jeff joined LPS and was SVP for Technology Execution until 2014. In 2014, Jeff joined ServiceLink as their CIO. This role ended in 2018 when Jeff assumed the role of EVP of Technology Strategy at EXOS Technologies, a part of the Fidelity National Financial family.

Rob Deli is a Financial Executive with 25 years of experience of which 17 years were spent in the National Settlement Services industry with LSI. Rob began his career as an Auditor with Price Waterhouse in 1994. During his tenure with LSI, he managed Financial Planning & Analysis, was engaged in due diligence activities, and had responsibility for all financial compliance with industry regulators.  In 2010, as the Chief Administrative Officer, Rob was also responsible for integrating LPS Flood, Tax, and RealEC into LSI’s existing financial structure.

Phil has held various leadership positions in title and settlement as well as mortgage services over the past decade, recently serving as Operations Director at First American overseeing their National Originations Title and Settlement Division. Prior to First American, Phil held multiple leadership roles in operations and finance at Title 365, ServiceLink and LSI. He holds a degree in Business Management and Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University.

Tricia Chavis has been in the title industry for nearly 30 years, starting her career at Fidelity National Title where she held multiple operational and management roles. In 2002, she was promoted to Title Operations Manager of LSI and ultimately became Chief Underwriter and Compliance Officer of National Title Insurance of New York, Inc. in 2010. Tricia holds a B.A. in Economics/Business from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Ingrid Nichols is a Human Resources Executive bringing over 30 years of experience to Atlas Title Company. Beginning with a personnel position with Bank of America, her career developed into Human Resources executive positions for the LSI and LPS Divisions of Fidelity National Title and for Kollin Altomare Architects with offices in Chicago and Long Beach, California. Ingrid has been director of Human Resources, including administration of payroll and benefits for over 2,500 employees nationwide while at LSI/LPS. She is also an active member of the Professional in Human Resources Association (PIHRA).

Larry Ravera has nearly 20 years of Title Production and Vendor Management experience in the settlement services industry. His career started with Fidelity National Title in 1992, Larry added national title production experience to his resume when Fidelity acquired LSI in 2002. Larry spent the next 12 years with LSI managing production for the local solutions title division as well as the national title division of LSI. Larry has extensive experience working with decision engine products in support of expedited title order processing, his background also includes working closely with onshore, nearshore and offshore providers to build out efficiency in the processing of back office services. Larry has spent the last 6 years working in both the originations and default title production space with Title365.

Grant Marple joined the Title Insurance industry 8 years ago and has quickly become one of the youngest leaders in the industry. His background in Sales started with the Los Angeles Dodgers which eventually led him to join LSI Title in 2012. Most recently Grant was at First American Title and where he went from “Rookie of the Year” to managing the National Sales team for Title & Settlement. This past year his team was top 1% in the country for refinance volume and has a proven track record of superior customer service.
